News from the Chicken Ranch

latest movie, was designed and constructed by Dr.
Gerald Snelson of Frostburg University in Frostburg, MD.
The puppet is operated and voiced by Charles E. Cullen.
Two New Releases!
After a long summer of filming, a tired cast and crew is proud to
present the public with The South Will Rise Again and Mr. Stitches.
From the onset of production, Cullen felt that both these movies were
going to be driven by brilliant acting, puppetry and zombies. After
collecting some of the finest acting talents in Virginia and North
Carolina, Cullen then personally trained the actors in the art of zombie
walk and spewing blood. After arduous rounds of rehearsals, the cast
was finally ready to deliver what is sure to be remembered as two of
the most ground breaking films of the horror/zombie genre. A recent
private screening for the cast convinced all that Cullen has finally
proved himself to be a powerhouse of a director and editor. Cullen
only appears in the last twenty minutes of The South Will Rise Again.
The incredible build up to this riveting performance showcases
Cullen's superb understanding of the essence of timing and of
suspense. Read the full synopses on the online store and order
your copies today! Please be warned that these films may be too
intense for some viewers.

Hunter S. Thompson departs this world, but
continues to live on in the world of Cullen TV.
Early in 2006, Cullen found himself
obsessed with pigs. He knew his ever
constant mental images of pigs would soon
manifest themselves in his work. Soon
after, Cullen embarked on the creation of
two pig puppets. With their creation came
the challenge of developing a storyline for
them. Inspiration hit while Cullen read
Hunter S. Thompson's Kingdom of Fear.
Thompson frequently referred to politicians
as "political swine." Thus, the puppets
found both their name and their nemesis.
With help from Janet Lubas, Cullen then
crafted a puppet with stunning likeness to
the legend, Hunter S. Thompson. Tune in
to Cullen TV shows to witness the drama of
good and evil unfold between the political
swine and Hunter S. Thompson.

Charles E. Cullen's latest cinematic production is well underway. Four scenes
for Curse of the Mummy Cat have already been shot. Cullen recently finished
scouting locations for the production. The Explore Park staff proved to be very
accommodating in showing Cullen the authentic buildings. He will be granted
access to some sites that are unavailable to the public. Further, the staff put
Cullen in communication with several livestock owners who would be willing to
provide Cullen with animal actors. For those of you who have missed seeing
Charles play a larger acting part in his films, you can look forward to this movie.
Charles will be a bounty hunter who rides a donkey across the country side in
search of a killer mummy who is in search of his long lost love, his cat. Cullen
will be riding a donkey named Jake (who, in real life, was named after his owners
pet dog, Jake.) When Cullen approached The Science Museum of Western
Virginia about shooting there, he was promptly told that his request was denied
because, as a facility that accommodates "family and children, he did not meet
their needs at this time." So, all of you family folk out there and children, don't
plan on seeing this movie. Indeed, Charles Cullen only produces movies for
drug addicts, alcoholics and bums, as we all know that these type of people
never have any family anyhow. While the Science Museum won't be appearing
in the official credits, it is still in question whether they will actually be in the film.
Cullen and his crew are known for their maverick style of shoot first, ask
questions later. There is more than one way to film a cat.
